Hy there I've reinstalled windows 7 but cant find my motherboard drivers. on the motherboard it say p8p67 pro rev 1.01 and it's a asus board. problem i can't find that rev in there support section. Also i only have internet through my laptop. so any help would be great
Depending on the OS you choose, those drivers vary as to how ancient they are. The best site i've found for a unified approach for keeping a mobo's drivers up to date is Station Drivers - your board is here. in addition to that, you 'might' want to try a modded bios to get the latest intel orom as Asus stop updating their bioses after a while - see the info here... ...though the primary reason for doing this is if you want to run SSDs in R0 & have trim. (simply because, i've used the modded ones for my p8z77-v pro & premium boards for around 9-10 months now & i've never had an issue)
i think the latest WHQL version is 17.0.1.5... (i've linked to the main page for the intel ProSet drivers as that's where any updates would appear - so it could be bookmarked) ...clearly Station Drivers has the wrong Wi-Fi controller for some reason on the mobo's page.
I could not get downloads for your link to work but i manage to find them someware else. but dont seam to be the right ones. im going to my mums tomorrow ive think i got a dongle there I can use that to get back on line and use a update program. ps thanks for the help
