    Nuts. You're right. There's EZ Flash 2 and a couple of others, but no Flashback. I sincerely hope it's actually updated out of the box, otherwise i'm going to have lots of harsh words with Scan and Asus. (Or Pray the spare Phenom II chip that i've given up for dead actually works. At least enough to let me flash the board.)

    Release bios did not have support for the FX-series. Release bios is Ver. 0404, I need 0813. Shiz.

    Asus ships a lot of boards with BIOSes after the release if they're made after a new one comes out.

    I'm aware. It depends on how Old Scan's stock is, however.

    My sabertooth worked out the box with an FX, 6 months ago, i'd be really surprised if you got a new board now that wasn't ready to go.

    I *think* the Rev2s might have it. Have to check this.

    There should be some pics of them out in the wild today - they have tweaked designs but same chipsets because AMD hasn't released anything new on AM3+ yet.
