Hi guys to get rid of the Extra panel(if you want to) all you need to do is in the Chimps bit of the sig after the 35947, add the following, ie 35947&bg=1[/folding] :D:D:D

Evening all, just waiting for a final agreement from all captains on the chimps forum then will post up the set rules for this year :)

I've ran a bunch of A3 WU's on one of my SMP clients for the last week so CustomBitChimps can pick up the bonus's using the passkey ready to go on the 5th May (you need to successfully complete 10 WU's on a new username before you qualify for the bonus) so we are now all set and ready to go for the A3 and Bigadv people. :D

Can everyone who is going to be running the A3 core & Bigadv work units please PM me with the subject "bonus" and I will reply with the passkey over the next few days, GPU only & normal SMP folders don't need to worry about this :)

Are you folding on your CPU? the A3 and Bigadv relates to CPU client.

:sigh: I don't think it will ever sit well with me that people do things like that with the CC or with folding for a team in general. Yes, they are trying to give people some incentive to join the project and maybe even help their team along in both the world ranks and the CC, but I can't help but think it's a little unethical to (for lack of a better word) "bribe" people into contributing to a non-profit distributed computing project which at the end of the day is a medical research program. I may be completely wrong, but my idea of attracting more hardware and PC enthusists to take part in either the CC or just the project itself differs a lot from theirs. Just my $0.02

Expect no more than 1k from me, will only be folding on the 9600GSO when the computer is on.
