PSU Opinions on Coolermaster PSUs?

    as far as i understand the GX series are made by seventeam

    +1. Owned alot of Seasonic-based products (Corsair & XFX) and always been impressed, they make some solid quality stuff.

    dont get me wrong im not saying dont go for a corsair or whatever but just in forming that the gx series from coolermaster are really quite good especially at the price point.
    If it was down to me i would say the gx-550 over the cx500 as its just as reliable and efficient but is also more powerful and would allow a bit more headroom than the corsair

    They outsource the price point requirement for each model and pick the cheapest OEM.

    Never had a problem with my Silent Pro 700 - very quiet
