    Hi mikemaker
I Cant tell you what a 285 will do, but my 275 gives between 8500 and 9750 depending on units folded but it will be power hungry compared with modern units

And not to Hijack the thread I am doing about 25000ppd with 3 computers

If you click on the link in my sig you can see more details as to where my current 509,228.3 PPD comes from. :baby:

Which will vary vastly depending on what unit my 4p opteron is running.

Mine hugely varies between 350,000 - 500,000 PPD depending on what WU and also what hardware I have running at the time, the 32-thread EP Xeon boxes are the PPD makers in my kit :)

Everything I fold on is now only CPU orientated, I don't have a single GPU folding any more, go back 3 years I had 14+ GPU's running!

On my new i7-4770k the CPU is getting approx. 30Kppd running at 4.3GHz giving a temperature of about 66°C; see phpsysinfo data at bottom of image.

Sadly no work units for the HD7970 at the moment. :waah:

I did run it at 4.4GHz, but temperatures reached 74°C. :(

This is running with a Thermaltake Water 2.0 Extreme.
