I would have left the sticker on since the Di-Noc wouldnt pull it off. Now you have no warranty! Looks nice nonetheless.

I tested it and it works fine, the DiNoc does come off with some heat applied, voiding the warranty is all part of modding! XD Looks better anyway, thats all I really worry about! :)

Sup peeps, another update, mainly just a goodies update as I've been spending again. Here we go!

First off I got the rest of the terminals I needed to finish the PSU and get that fully sleeved up a looking pretty. I namely needed the 24pin to finish it! I shall get some pics of it when I can find my SLR charger, I can't find the bloody thing anywhere and I hate these crappy HTC phone piccies.

Nut caps, these look awesome, I've tried them on some M3 cap head screws and they look the nuts I must admit.

    The finished product

I also got a new desk and quickly covered it in crap. You've got to love Ikea, a new desk, lamp, trestles and everything for £40.

New HDD cooler/silencer, I'm not too worried about the operating temps, as my Samsung HDD runs cool withtout direct ariflow anyroad, it just seems to be one of the loudest parts of my system when idle. Just got to think of a funky way to mount it, thankfully, it comes with some rubber feet to absorb acoustics with some handy 3mm tapped threads so it shouldn't be too strenuous.

I also tatted around with some square mesh instead of the circular mesh, to get better airflow and yet again coated it in Di-Noc, what am I like eh!? :duh::D

Very impressed with these custom little bad-boys, will be painting them soon...

Thats all for now folks, thanks for looking.

Yo yo yo again. Just a little update, I got my mechanical keyboard today... I thought it was going to be pretty nice, but oh my God! I just started typing on it and I nearly pooed my pants, this thing is insane. Can't wait to try some games on it. Shift buttons are in an awkward place due to not being the layout im used to, but I'll get used to it. I also couldn't justify paying over a ton for a keyboard and getting a Filco or something.

I also mounted the hard-drive cooler/ silencer. I've put it underneath the 5 1/4" drive bay, just used a couple of screws and spring washers to absorb any vibration from resonating on the ally. Like usual, it looks nice and clean.

Is it not switching on or has there been a flash/bang?

Check Pin 16 (PS ON) to make sure it's engaged properly. If it's a thin cable then it's possible that when you crimped on a new connector it's not connecting properly. Same goes for Pin 8 the PWR_OK cable.

Depending on how much spare cable you've got it's worth re-crimping a new pin onto it.

Just removed both pins, recrimped and made sure every crimp was sitting in the terminal fine and still no good.

is it plugged in to the system or are you using 'jump' connectors on Pin 16 and a ground connector? When you crimped the pin on was the bare wire making solid contact with the pin body?

Edit: Any sign of the fan starting to spin or 'noise' from inside the PSU.
