    i'm shocked ! nice job, i'm only curious about type of cutting blades that U have used to cut side pannels (standart dremel rainforced blades ? ). I'm modding now Chieftec dragon case(1mm steel plates) and rainforced cutting blades are to weak for that :D

    Ive had the same problem. I just ordered a diamond cutting wheel dremel part #545 if i remember correctly. theyre expensive but apparently worth it.

    Dude, go get the diamond cutting wheel: now!

    ive had mine for like 3 months, use it daily(literally), and cut through metal as thick as 1/8". A must have! its like 10 bucks though....

    I use cutting wheel dremel part #409 that is the minor cutting wheel
    because it is better to make cuts minor and round
    The cutting wheel biggest part #420 are best for straight cuts
    the diamond cutting wheel part #545 they are best for straight cuts and mainly where the metal is harder

    I bought 33 of the stainless steel screws of 3mm and more 15 stainless steel screws of 5mm to be used in the Coolers
    But the screw of 5mm was great then will have that to change for of 4mm
