Standard mount has a weak spot - hard hook. Chief broke two mounts. After that, he asked me to fix one thing, but as a model gave a fixture on the same device model, which is borrowed from a friend. It was necessary to build-up the missing part and strengthen a weak point.

Мой босс узнав, что я занимаюсь изготовлением деталей моддинга из стеклопластика и карбона, попросил отремонтировать для него крепление для GPS навигатора, который он использует, когда катается на снегоходе (у него есть Yamaha APEX X-TX). Стандартное крепление имеет слабое место - упорный крючок. Начальник сломал два крепления. После этого, он попросил меня отремонтировать одно, а в качестве образца дал целый крепеж от такой же модели навигатора, который одолжил у своего знакомого. Требовалось наростить недостающую часть и усилить слабое место.

После полимеризации эпоксидного компаунда, вытаскиваю полученную заготовку и обрабатываю её наждачкой.
