OK we're free of mpuk as far as I can tell. I've set us up a 10% discount with KK, and they already have a running discount until 20th feb. I'm going to start a donations thread.
There seems to be KC servers running it, yep. I thought the previous consensus was that they were quality. I know caveman went KC for the CSS server and they seem happy.
I noticed a few of the public players today complaining that the CPC members where heavily stacked (in fact there were no cpc members on the opposite team, except myself, and yes I swapped to the winning team at the end just because I felt well, if all of you can't be arsed to split in half, then I'll just join you seeing as the games over). I know this has been discussed before, but perhaps it's a better idea not to have the CPC tags on at all, if you are all going to join through your friends, rather than 'joining the server' and letting the game decide what team you should be on. Again, I find the whole, 'I want to win, even if my team is thrashing the other team', mentality a bit strange. Surely it was better when we played a few months back and people were in two seperate mumble channels, swapping back into the main channel to make merry banter, than what it is now, where nobody wants to be on the 'other' team??
Jesus Christ how many times do you have to be told, it was set to that for teamwork practice for the scrim tomorrow against Aria. Stop your constant complaining, everyone is tired of it.
Was set to what? I don't follow? Oh my bad I'm so silly hahahahaha, I didn't realise that all cpc playing on one side, was indicative of what playing another clan so to speak, would the same as playing a bunch of randomers on the public server. Way to practice
See above post mate. I hadn't seen the post about it being practice night, but again, I can't imagine how playing as a clan on one side, against a bunch of randomers would be anything like tomorrow's game. Oh and thanks for telling me over the in game 'practice for tomorrow's game', because I so clearly knew what was going on
Quite frankly, considering you weren't on Mumble for all of the six hours everyone was on and didn't contribute to any of the discussion re: tomorrow I'm not surprised you had no idea what was going on.
I wasn;t on mumble, because quite frankly, my sisters ill and had gone to bed early (i didnt want to disturb her), my internet was up to cock with high pings, origin servers were down for me so I watched a movie, I get back and everyones on one side.. So EXCUUUUSE ME for not being on mumble, for once out of HOW MANY TIMES.
calm down, calm down. i set the balancer to put clan tags onto the same side so that we could discuss tactics. i agree it's not much practice when up against unorganised randomers, but it did give us insight to how we (those who are on mumble) operate best as a team. it'll be back to normal tomorrow.
Anyone know the mumble details? Tried the ones in the OP and it links to a server called "Willhelms channel"
