I'll be watching that, I love the use of colour in films like this, House of Flying Daggers, Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon etc.

Of the whole 20s I endured, I official request them back. I have filled out the relevant paper work from parts 27a, to 130-3b subsection 112-9 to 113-03b, of the official document "f*ck you, give me my time back, request form"

I just need a signature releasing said time of 20s back the original owner, and the forwarding address.

    Thank you

This 3D printed gun bull-poop histeria has got to stop- anyone thinking they can print a working gun might as well go out and buy one behind a pub or something. The damn things can only fire one or two shots before they self-destruct, and even then, it's a .22 round; stabbing someone with a biro would cause more damage...

EDIT: I personally don't condone the movement of 3D printed firearms.

His design lacked enough head space, to vent the pressure wave. With a steel barrel and chamber you can get away with very high pressures, when these so called firearm engineers understand that the 3D printed plastic gun can only fire low pressure, low velocity rounds, they might just stop.

The composite Pistol from "In the line of fire", as a cast piece of poly urethane resin would have the greatest chance of working, but it was designed as a single use derringer, not multi-use.

No, they'll move onto printing in titanium and using the plastic parts to make patterns for steel castings. At least the smart, rich ones will.

SLS in titanium and Stainless is too porous even after a final high temp bake. Also if you're going to create moulding patterns for casting, then there are quicker methods than 3D printing. Plus if they have access to a foundry they sure as hell could machine from scratch.

Sorry but I have to say that believing that .22 isn't too lethal is total b******t. It's still a high velocity projectile, with low mass (sure), but it still does some pretty nasty damage. And people have been killed by 22s. Even in Finland. + Amateur ballistic gel test with .22.

But staying on the topic, 3D-printed guns and the panic around them is just stupid... Sure someone will eventually use one to kill someone (or commit accidental suicide), no doubt, but people could easily just build makeshift guns from metal pipes, if they're going to use it on close range. The biggest problem propably is that most 3D-printed guns can go through metal detectors, and the fuss about unmarked guns on otherhand is just nonsense, there is already ways to make much more reliable unmarked guns, as manufacturing one ain't that hard if person knows how to work metal and understands the basic concept of semi/full-automatic firearm.

Just gotta hope that 3D-printers will not get banned or something else as silly, from private markets, they add so much on peoples productivity.
