Ok so I bought Windows 7 to upgrade from windows vista 64bit but the installation freezes at 18% after the first restart! I waited a whole hour but it didnt budge an inch, so i restarted and reverted back to vista and gave it another try... Same problem!
Any of you guys experenced the same or similar probs? Or heard of anyone having done so?

    This is annoying :wallbash:

    Thanks

Well... I can confirm it's certainly not normal. My entire installation took perhaps 20 mins max.

It's clearly getting stuck somewhere. Try disconnecting everything except mouse and keyboard... even disabling your soundcard. then try again from scratch.
