I received some goddies from iShop and they had to be utilized immediately:

Then I took out on/off clap switch from my old lamp project, and adjusted it to meet my needs:

The clap switch was installed and I took out fan controller, which caused a lot of molex mess (I will sort this out later):

Of course, something was not good with clap switch. I just had to move one wire and voila-it worked like a charm:

Then,I started to make power supply extension cables:

    Bought some new tools:

More pics of extension cables (two are finished):

I didn't had any heat shrinks left (purchased today),so I started to work on right panel.
It was sprayed by previous owner, but I will remove it before it is painted in my choice of colours.

Haha, got to follow this one. How will the clap sensor work when you're attending a computer party with techno music banging from speakers on every desk? ;)

Hmm,computer party? You mean like LAN party? Never been to something like that, and never heard that someone organized something like that in Croatia. :waah:

I noticed that music from my 5.1 sistem is not making any problems, but when I play games and pc get loud,I can't activate switch. This will be solved with some sound insolation around switch. :D

Stay tuned, because there will be more work with electronics (hint: motorized vxxxs).

    Little update

Here is a little update of my project.

I received package from Coolermaster (thanks to Coolermaster and Milan Simic). I got some very useful parts. I shaped plexiglass just like a stock Coolermaster mesh, but I was not been able to cut it because my mother was sick and I didn't wanted to disturb her with dremel sound.

And I finally finished my cable extensions. What do you think about them, guys?

Did you paint them using expandable paint? Otherwise, the paint will crack and peel off once you fasten the rivets...
