That's a really lovely case to be honest.

 

I'm curious now as to the other reasons.
I would have liked to enter, but no matter. thanks bit-tech for having competitions anyway. you guys kick ass and crack skulls.
edituch, that case is pricey. just under $800NZ before VAT, just over $930NZ after. that's the same price as 2 HD 4870's for the after tax price.

 

I want a spiderman-case with an ATI logo, with Lian-Li build quality, gimme, gimme, gimme!!!

 

Awww... I was so about to send my entry till I realized it was UK only. I can't believe NewEgg sells that case for almost $630! I mean it's unique looking, gigantic and solidly built but $630?! That's insane for an aluminum box with some fans.

I'd like to send a trans-atlantic high-five to the lucky ******* who manages to score this thing!

I don't think they're necessarily complaining, they're just expressing their sadness that they can't enter the contest.

Then again, maybe we're a bunch of greedy, whining yankee losers. =P

contest = advertising, in this case, from a uk online shop, why would a uk online shop advertise to people outside the uk? no reason to. It's mostly contests with prizes given out from manufacturers that are worldwide since they want to advertise to a worldwide audience.

 

This case is still neat I like the red but I think the spider or at least the way they did the spider is really cheesy or poorly thought out.

ya I was wondering how do Bit-Tech pick the winners because even the ones open to the "world" tend to have more UK winners in it so I suppose the come back response would be that there is more UK entries so higher chance of someone from the UK entering and winning but still kinda makes you wonder if thats not the case then is it some what biased by chance, so if someone from the Bit-Tech staff could explain how the drawing and contest winners are chosen that would be nice to know.

why are people banging on about the ifs, buts and what about poor old me . The way i see it is i have wanted one of these for ages and unlike the lucky few out there i will never have the sort of money to spend on a case like this..which i love btw.

So i think its great and the guys at bit-tech are the nuts for giving people like me a chance to win such a nice high end product...top stuff bit-tech..keeep it up.

That has to be the single most unhelpful comment in this thread.

What do you mean again? The last competition we ran from Noctua was open wordwide, as was our reader survey and our two monthly competitions (Mod of the month and picture of the month). That's 4 out of 6 in the last month being open to everyone. I doubt most other places give away that much stuff.

If this is the feedback from the community, I guess in the future bit-tech won't bother with competitions.

 

But but, what about those of us that are thankful :'(

 

I have the black version of this case, it really is great but I bet you everything I own they send you the wrong mobo screws, really.
