TIL...Never asked anyone at to do a job I wouldn't/coulcn't do myself. Think I need to change my thinking... my mind forgot to tell my body I am not 21. Rehanging a 55" TV with soundbar attached is now not within my capabilities.

Frankly, this all started with @BazzUK. I blame him. Entirely.

After some ill health at Christmas, I decided I needed a new project. I put the feelers out and ended up buying a server from him, with the rather innocent intention of having somewhere to store my growing collection of films, music and TV shows. The plan was simple: get some storage, install Plex and have everything available in one place.
Obviously, it didn't stay that simple.

Far Cry, this is still a great game and still quite tricky in places. Really enjoying it I might add. This year, I built a project called „Höllenmaschine“ or hell machine HMX6 for the German pc magazine PC-Welt (PC-World).

The project is already done and was shown at Gamescom in Germany, but I might build a second version in the future. This then should include all the functions and maybe even more that I needed to cut this time due to the tight deadline I had to finish this one.

There will be some steps...

My wife’s grandad is an avid camper, now converted to his motorhome, and her dad regularly joins him on trips with various classic car clubs. A few years ago, when her dad upgraded his tent, her grandad bought his old Quechua 4.1 under false pretences and gifted it to us, along with a load of other camping gear while inviting us to his next event.

AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT with a Ryzen PC below. Current GFX driver is 32.0.31041.1004, and Windows 10 Pro 64bit 22H2, 19045.6466 OS Build.

Absolute nightmare, my Windows machine below has been updated or something has happened around 7-10 days ago, and now every few hours or even shorter, Windows tries to reset the GFX driver to an incorrect or generic one, which makes the machine literally go blank and I have to restart everything and then switch the GFX driver back to correct in Windows...

restarting the pc doesn't fix anything but unplugging and re-plugging the displayport cable does.

So, is it the monitor? it is old and knacered.
