Hello on top of my bad news about my phone

The guy that i used to live with or some in that house has stolen 13 Xbox 360 accouting to around £540 worth (All bought from brand new)

I have questioned him about this and I am ringing round the Game stores to get more evidence to see if they were traded in for cash ( as they keep records)

Now I have said to him he has a week to sort it out with himself before it goes to the police.

What do you guys/girls have to offer in the way of advice?

I know I should be offering some sound advice but really, the only piece of advice I can give is to kick him in the nuts till he bleeds!!

    Time to get new "friends"?

Seriously, I think you've done all you can: confronted him, tried to gather evidence, given him a timescale to comply. Can't think of anything else to offer.

    Get better friends?

Check if home contents insurance covers this. If it does, report to the police to get a police reference number. I'm not sure there is much else that they can do.

I would not bother giving this guy a week. He'll use it to cover his tracks and spend the money.

Pin him down and shove a broken bottle of tabasco sauce up his ass. Then move out.

Perform the Texas Chillibowl. A little like Joes Idea, but more style. It requires:

    Anus
    Telephone
    Tabasco
    Imagination + A little perversion

    God Bless South Park.

You get a bottle of ginger beer, shake it up, then ram the tip into someones bum, imagine an enema but with pain...

Use your phone to record him admitting it. (Get him to admit it using any of the above ideas :p) and then go to the police.

Then drain it out and make him drink it ala Dirty Sanchez.

I could post the youtube link here, but I think it's best not to.

    uh

you'd be done for torture. the state tends to frown upon obtaining information under duress.

i'd say your friend most likely has a drug habit (i mean, who steals from friends without motive?). get the games back, make sure he has access to some help, and keep your distance until he's clean.

I would just demand he split the profits with you. Buy something nice for yourself.

Shop him to the cops and claim on insurance tbh.
You're not doing him or yourself any favours by waiting.

How do you know he stole them?

You say he used to live with you, did he break in? or still have the key? or did you lend him 13 games and he won't give them back?

I would be very tempted to beat the living daylights out of him but I would restrain myself and exhaust other options first.

As mentioned - see if your insurance covers this, report it to the police to raise formal charges, try get your money back that way.

Then sometime down the road when the dust has settled....beat the living daylights out of him when you get the chance!

    :p

Stolen some consoles? Why only £540 if there was 13 of them?

wouldnt work unless he knew he was being recorded, i know ive been there and the police cant do anything if you do it without his consent.
