I do web design, video production and conversion, photo work, music editing and just about anything else i can. There is no one in this area that does any kind of computer based work so I have a monopoly on the market. I even do a bit of computer repair when I have time. Problem is that I am always swamped with work and I need all this to keep up.

The top ones are all servers and I wouldn't really need to have monitors on them but I like to see when and who is logging on.

Theres a total of 18 monitors on 10 computers with a total of 14 comps all together. Gets a tad bit warm in here during the summer but I like it HOT.

That's why I left Sioux City 30 years ago. Heat, humidity, June bugs!

    Nice setup.

Hiren, can you tell me where did you get that monitor mount and does it allow swivelling to portrait mode?

Hello. yes it goes portrait mode (as well as swivel outwards etc). I got it from amazon a few years ago - I actually got a spare (used to have dual screens before moving to a laptop setup).

Interesting... do you think it would fit a E228WFP? It looks like it's clamped round the back of your desk, is it possible to directly bolt it to a surface?

    Cheers :)

It clamps to the desk, not sure if you could bolt it to a desk without modding it a bit.

It uses standard VESA mounts which if you monitor uses (most do) then it should fit.

This was my room (me n my comp live int he dining room, no room fr it all in bedroom), with some funky lighting

This was my room when the parents went on holiday. Was kind of difficult to use without wireless keyboard. Had to hardwire the amp after that, as blew the age old fuse in it, couldn't find a replacement for the life of me, now a chunk of copper replacing it. still works :)

And this is my room now

Thats my dell 2408WFP running off my dell xps M1530, with genesis speakers somehow patched into the age old amp. I'm currently building a better computer to go with it, and getting another monitor before goign to uni :)

lol, hey if it works i don't complain

well, i would if it set on fire but that baby's doing nicely. Well, apart from the fact that the 3.5 is solderd and glued in with drawing pins to make a conection, and the speaker cable to single core blue wire, losly fitted into some randolmly obsolite conections.

    but yeh it works :)

gonna get a new amp once i get me new comp. £50 fr a new one, compared to the £200 i wa gonna spend on them beastly logitech ones. wont be able to have em up high enough in uni with out vibrating half oh t flaw :D

My Raven RV01. I removed the power to the HDD led since it looked really stupid with the red light in the middle of the blue bar. Gonna do some kind of rewirering so the LED ends up under the front cover for the USB/Audio connectors.

What you can't see in the picture is that my 26" tv is connected to the pc along with my Z5450 surround system. Makes for EPIC video/LAN nights :D

Sorry for linking to pictures, but cant seem to be able to embed them :s

I don't know why, but in photos, my 24" seems tiny when its next to the 19" Viewsonic. No idea why :p

Keyboard is a Saitek Eclipse III and mouse is a Logiech VX Revolution.
