You should be able to edit the title of the previous post by hitting the edit button and selecting the advanced controls (button at the bottom of the edit text window.)

To embed an image, open your Picasa link (or Flickr, whatever,) and either:

Firefox; right click on the image and select 'view image'. The image url will now display in the address bar and can be copied into your post.

Internet Explorer; if, for whatever reason, you're using IE... Right click on the image and hit properties. Copy the 'Address (URL)' line into the post.

For your image, the direct url is:
    Code:
    http://lh6.ggpht.com/_NHTVN9wzweg/SlFK3I1QdwI/AAAAAAAAAB8/Z0xeJgJzczc/sky.jpg
If we wrap it in IMG tags like this (the trailing tag is '/IMG' in square brackets, no spaces):
    Code:
    [IMG]http://lh6.ggpht.com/_NHTVN9wzweg/SlFK3I1QdwI/AAAAAAAAAB8/Z0xeJgJzczc/sky.jpg[/ IMG]

The image will be embedded in the post. Simples:

Anyhoo, where was the image taken?

Huh, just noticed that the embedded Picasa picture won't show until I've opened the original link direct and cached the image. Don't know if this is just me or for everyone, but that may be where you're having the trouble.

You could always sign up for a free Flickr account or something similar.
