As the sun comes up the idiot drivers come out and forget how to drive in The White! Did that here last week - 30 car pile up. OH, snow!
I WANT SNOW!! The last time we had proper snow here in Denmark is almost 5 years ago. And have a guess on whos dad replaced our snowblower with a brand new one last year..?
I'm jealous. It's the middle of October here and we just had a "cold" front come through last weekend. The temperature reached the mid-70s (f). Of course, the front moved on and we're back to the seasonal upper-80s/low-90s. Sometimes I wonder why I still live here. I really don't care at all for the heat. I'd shovel snow any day if it meant I didn't have to wear shorts on Christmas day! -monkey
I was wearing shorts exactly two weeks ago, and this morning I scraped ice off my windshield. I'd tell you all to go to hell, but you'd just complain about the cold spells there, too.
This is what I woke up to this morning... Then I woke up properly and realised that it was only a dream.....but at least there is a PC gaming link in there somewhere!!
If I had a dollar for every accident that I passed today... Why is it that when it snows for the first time, people forget to: stop sooner increase your following distance drive slower understand that its your fault for smashing your new ford mustang into a concrete wall because you slammed on the brake doing 80kph on slush? Morons....
Well, we haven't seen snow for some years now... seeing rain is also rare, but happens at least. I love such weathers, studying, boxing and all becomes so much more fun, don't know why it has this effect on me. Have fun!
You answered your own question there It got coldish here two or so weeks ago, with occasional warm spells. I had a few days' holiday in Italy last week: in the morning, I was cold in my fleece; after landing, it was too hot for a T-shirt. Then I came back and was cold again, so I wrote a blog about my feelings and how the weather hates me as much as I hate my mother telling me I should eat my greens. It should start snowing here next month (I'll probably fall on my ass again on the first day of snow, like last year). October seems really early, though - officially, we're only just in autumn! At least there's a bright side: the entire world's (bar the weirdos in the southern hemisphere) taking and uploading pictures of "pretty leaves" - at least you can outdo them!
It's f'kin freezing everymoring here. Mostly due to the wife ;-) as long as we have weather I'm happy.
Eh, thats nothing. I wake up to the fact that the entire day and night before it was snowing, I eat snow on my out, and on my in. I trudge to work, not walk. I skate my car to work and skate home. This is not sparta nor a delightful tent of wenches. This is madness! NO, THIS... IS... WISCONSIN! Land of cheese my a**
