So I have ~£250 to spend, and I am torn between a huge list of things I could buy! HELP! Here is a list I have compiled: Computer Parts - New graphics card. The 9800GT is getting a little long in the tooth, and a GTX460 could spice that right up. - 1TB HDD. The 250GB storage drive is horribly fragmented and slow and clicky. I wanna get teh data off, put it onto a faster, clean drive, and format it so I can use it as a Linux boot for fun. - CPU Cooler / case. Also possibles. - Speakers. Considering getting a cheapish pair of monitors for mixing and gaming to hook up to my audiobox. - Screen. Current 20" monitor is kind of blah. Guitar Things - New pickups. My Ibanez stock pickups kind of suck a little, and I have been considering some EMGs or Seymour Duncan Blackouts to spice it up. - New Floyd. Same guitar. Existing floyd is kind of old and broken. Want to buy a pukka original and fit it. - More cables / floor tuner / pedals / power supply. Other poop - Games. I'm way behind on my gaming. Something to consider. - Masses of sex toys. Yes. - Masses of alcoholic beverages. - Masses of snacks. - Force feedback steering wheel. - Hookers and blow. - Sensible things, like provisional driver's licence, new passport, clothes. - MORE PIERCINGS. no no no your going about this all wrong, where's the option for 250,000 penny sweets? get yourself the 460 £120, a samsung spoint f3 1tb £40, £70 on some games and £20 for 2 crates of beer, sounds like a bloody good weekend to me
"- Masses of snacks." Although a penny sweet costs, like, two pence now. :/ I did consider that option. Cutting close to the budget, of course! No man is complete without enough sex toys to make the house tremble.

An MSI Cyclone 1GB GTX 460 is about £137 on Scan, and a 1TB F3 is £39, so that's £176 of my budget blown, leaving ~£70. That's assuming I go the PC upgrade route. Any opinions on the less PC-based parts of my web of thoughts? I can survive with this computer in its current state, but my guitar could use some love, perhaps. And there is always the one I want to save for. I'll leave a picture for myself to salivate over.
Hookers gets my choice. Either that or flash the money to a girl you like and play it off like you carry around that amount on a regular day and that you have more... then buy some sex toys and put them to good use with her

Okay, having a look at Scan, and just how much money I can spend, and how much I can expect in the future. A GTX460 and an F3 are mighty tempting, but as the MSI Cyclone 1GB is out of stock, which should I opt for? There is an EVGA GTX460 1GB SC Super for £140 which looks promising, as I will have more than enough money to use their step up program to jump to a GTX560 later, should I choose to do so. But I have heard bad things about the GTX 460 from EVGA. Thoughts? Is Step Up easy and pain free to do? Should I just blow my whole budget and grab an MSI Hawk 560?

IF ONLY I LIKED RUM. Bit the bullet on the EVGA GTX460 and a 1TB Sammy F3. With any luck, they'll be here tomorrow. I'll have to break out my 700W Silverstone PSU, of course... I'll get it registered lickity split and hopefully do the step up to a GTX 560 next month! I probably should stock up on a small stash of alcoholic beverages, and have a think about what else I can get... >.>; ~£80 left in budget.
