SC2: Annihilation was inspired in MaximumPCs the hulk. So I wanted to create the same
inspiration by building the same concept but using a different type of materials.

First is the twisted wires to hold the clay
    [IMG]

    putting some clay
    [IMG]

Fat terran marine, without any details ( side view) ...heheh
    [IMG]

again.... the fat Terran Marine version ( front view)

    Removing the arms (front)

    Left Back view
    [IMG]

reference picture of the inspired SC2 annihilation
    [IMG]

11 inches clay model...a little over the 2-3 inches as expected
    [IMG]

removing the hands for flexible support
    [IMG]

    finished constructing the alien zerg
    [IMG]

as you can see, details of the terran marine is now being shown. hydrolics in the legs showing up
    [IMG]

Carved a more detailed look of the terran marine stepping on the Zerg Alien
    [IMG]

Putting more emphasis on the details of terran marine on the upper part
    [IMG]

another detailed carvings on the legs, crotch and knee of the terran marine
    [IMG]

    the whole terran marine
    [IMG]

heating it up to get the actual shape, and carve it again.....

I think i got the right curve that i wanted. also putting more details on the hose
    [IMG]

I think thats enough.... heres another detailed view of terran marine from the side
    [IMG]

Putting more emphasis and details on the Airvents suit
    [IMG]

a clear view shot from the top back view of the airvents
    [IMG]

The poor Alien Zerg being stepped on
    [IMG]

Finally, the finished terran marine clay product
    [IMG]

    and now the box
after making the dimensions, heres the crate box of the terran marine. Still need to do some cutting and replacing the sides with Wire Mesh and Mini Fans
    [IMG]

and now the most important part..... Volcanic Debris ( LAHAR )
Some of the pinatubo volcanic debris can be seen at the bottom of this bridge in Pampanga.

The actual Volcanic ash / sand that we will be using for this project
    [IMG]

    Getting large amount of Lahar
    [IMG]

While playing around. I decided to put side by side the actual StarCraft 2 Orginal Game.

Actual picture of Terran Marine from the Game itself.... but, hmmm.... NO Terran Marine GUN?

Hoping to get the details of the Terran marine gun. Another eye candy ^_^
    [IMG]

    and now the fun part......

well start by pouring the RTV rubber molding on top of the Zerg Clay
    [IMG]

after pouring the RTV rubber molding
    [IMG]

putting up a casted chalk around the RTV molding
    [IMG]

after a couple of hours, by taking out the clay, this is what it looks like
    [IMG]

    removing all excess rubber molding
    [IMG]

    Preparing the Secret Ingredients
    [IMG]

    mixing it up with talc
    [IMG]

Mixing up with the Most important ingredient of all..... Volcanic Ash / Sand
    [IMG]

getting ready to mix it with fibers
    [IMG]

    pouring inside the rubber mold
    [IMG]

    mixing it up with fibers
    [IMG]

this looks more like a dead rat than zerg
    [IMG]

After waiting for a few Minutes.....

removing the final resin cast from the rubber mold
    [IMG]

efore and after. The Resin and the Clay
    [IMG]

Zerg now ready for Airbrush Painting.....

    more pics to come.....

This is cool! I do hope the marine's getting cast in resin too. Why do you add ash to the resin mix? To bulk it out?

Absolutely superb crafts work so far, the project looks very promising. An amazing show of skill!
I'd love to be able to work clay like that.

Looking forward to seeing the final product very much.

    @one1ros... thanks sir

@jcpewpew...its already done sir, im just waiting for my post to get approved by
    bit-tech forum moderators sir.

    @stonieX.... Thanks sir

@puresilver. I can do the cast in pur resin, talk and fibers but since this is an
entry for the CM. I wanted to try different materials that hasnt been done in REsin
molding and in PC castings....by Using Volcanic Debris. Also to make the Terran marine
    more harder.

@suenstar. yes you can sir, its just pure imagination and a little bit of skills.

after a thorough check, the arms are a little bit short for it to fit the 244 x 244 ECS mobo. so,
    adjustments will be made quick.

    it can accommodate a 244 x 244mm and 170 x 170mm motherboard.

casting the Space crate. This is where well put all the Computer parts including the PSU. Most of the weight of the crate will be absorb by the terran marine head. Two arms will be just for support.
