One of my drives in my main RAID is getting a bit twitchy, So i'm gonna pull it and relegate it to miscellaneous storage of unimportant crap.. so.. on to Scan I go to order a replacement. I noticed this in product overview: "Stores Upto 3690 Action Packed Games" Made me LOL. So does it store more if the games are rather pedestrian and unexciting? "Stores Upto 426000 Digital Photo's (6Mpix)" No qualifying statements here about the level of OMFG content of the photos I notice. Would it store less if they were photos of a mechanical raptor eating the baby Jesus, while drifting a Pagani Zonda through pyroclastic flow? Reminds me of these Discovery channel programs aimed at retards, where they measure everything by lengths of olympic size swimming pools and football pitches. I know how big it is!!!.. it's 1.5TB. It says right there on the front of the drive!
I love watching Unwrapped on the Food network as they just go round to mostley junk food factories and tell you if you laid every *insert Junk food item of the day*produced every day/week/year it would reach the moon/ coast to coast / circumference of the globe. It's mindless yet facinating TV.
Richard Hammond's engineering programmes for the BBC are amazingly basic and can be very misleading IMHO.
lol.. never mind pointless product information ...pointless leaflets through the door are quite a source of amusement Greater Manchester Fire Service have just posted a leaflet advising "avoid fires"
Damn! So that's how I stop burning my house down? I.... (struggles with mental concept).... avoid... fires?
I'm pretty certain the amount of those types of pictures that could squeeze into 1.5TB would be precisely 1.
+1 That's an absolute classic. Wonder what it classes as Action-packed BF3 or Sim City cos i tell you SC can get pretty hefty if you leave it running on its on for a while
Precede all useless product stats with "Vegeta, what's the scouter say about its power level?", instant laughs.
