And do not forget the protective equipment:

    I bought fittings:

These hoses are only for testing... even they are horrible to install the fittings, so that if you look at the black fitting that I installed, it does not fit right, because the hose is not standard.

Testing, I did a full bench in 3DMark 11 (I got a tremendous fear that by using the CPU to the cooler box could burn... :eeek: but in the end everything worked out... :p the maximum temperature was 82 in one of the colors so I think this is the safe limit of the cooler box... :naughty:), the results follow:

I bought an extender PCI-E x16 VGA and installed in the first slot, placing it higher up, the temperature improved, because the two are nearly equal.

I bought from a guy here in Brazil, and left around 40 euros.

I found you a link to a store there in France that sells this extender:

PCI Express (x16) Compact Flexible Riser Card

    I hope this helps.

Today I had some good news and one bad.

The bad news was that the sheets where I ordered an acrylic colors that I ordered is missing, so for me to go ahead with the project need all, so this may take a little longer than expected, but nothing that delays the project schedule.

The good was that my orders arrived, but as I bought along with another friend, they came directly to him, and should only come to me next week, but at least it will be a big step for the project: :thumb:

And as "news" today I have the images on the front of the case.

I took the room where they kept the buttons, the USB ports and also the audio inputs:

I hope you enjoyed the news.

Thanks to all who come for their support.

    News!

I changed the front panel, as you saw in previous pictures, I left the stalls all free, so I took a piece of aluminum that was left when I did the Mega Box and "recycle it" doing a panel for mounting the switch with LED.

    Here are the pictures:

    Plate "recycles":

Hacksaw and a piece of cardboard, to assist in cutting the plate:

And showing that I'm giving the "blood" in this project, look at the state of my fingers with band-aid, I can say that this project has "a piece of me":

Now the plate with the hole already made the switch and the effect of "brushed":

    News!

Today I made the cut at the bottom for installation of two 12cm fans to aid cooling and airflow inside the case.

And with the help of a template of cutting and drilling of the fans MNPCTECH available on their website, I made the cuts.

Here the link to the templates: MNPCTECH Fan Grill Templates

And here the images of today's work:

Makes a long time since I post news here, so there they go:

I mounted the radiator with the fans in the case and also put two fans in front just to test (they are in reverse).

    Here are the pictures:

I mounted the reservoir with pump XSPC X2O DC-750 for testing the watercooler.

    Here are the pictures:

Here the brackets I did with corners to secure the reservoir:

The hose is black, but because of UV rays it is blue, navy blue one, really liked it.

See the color difference of the hoses at night:

The Fatal1ty P67 mobo I sold along with the 2500K, I am about to get another mobo these days, is this:

    Link the manufacturer: GA-P67A-UD7-B3

They reached the parts of acrylic that I so hoped, follow the pictures:

look at the detail of acrylic:

    Black, transparent (glass) and black.

Aqui uma "pré-montagem" pra vocês entenderem como vai ficar essa chapa:

Some pictures in the afternoon and evening of the plate already cut for the installation of 120mm fans:

I saw using the cut-glass and then I finished with 1200 grain sandpaper and spent silicone to give more shine :thumb:

The images were taken at night, so it was a bit difficult to balance the tones for you to see better the effect, that live is much cooler, so the quality was not good muto, but at least it is possible to see the effect: :D
