Being as immensely generous as he is TheGreatSatan bestowed copies of Far Cry 3 on a select few worthy and lucky individuals. Sadly however some have had problems redeeming the game.

One of these individuals, Pete J, was kind enough to give me a shot at redeeming the game. I faced the same problems and therefore I'm now passing on the voucher.

    A few simple rules though:

    • You must have joined 3 or more months ago and/or have a minimum of 100 posts.
    • If you cannot get the voucher to work you must pass it on for free.
    • You preferably hail from the former colonies (US and possibly Canada for the uninformed :)) because the voucher could be region-locked. You might want to check if you can buy the standard edition of Far Cry 3 in the Ubisoft Store. The "Lost Expeditions" variant doesn't seem to work.

First one to post here and is qualified(!) gets the voucher (I'm not good at that random draw stuff).

I'll give it a go, should be able to vpn if it's region locked. Cheers!

Sorry! You were a tad too late. But I've asked kenco_uk to pass the code on to you if he cannot get it to work either.

I remember getting something working in Firefox via an addon that let me watch videos on the AMC website which were region locked to the US, but I can't remember which addon it was. I can remember it displayed the country's flag as a little icon on the toolbar. I've found FoxyProxy, but the one I found a few months ago was completely free forever (unless it was FoxyProxy and they've changed it to a paid service).

edit - looking at FoxyProxy, it should do the job.

Free Proxy's without a tonne of adverts are pretty much impossible to find :(

Crikey, THAT took some doing! Unresponsive US proxies aplenty, but I finally found one that was relatively quick and stable after a couple of hours. Need some slee.. zzzzzz!

    Awesome, azrael-! Rep incoming :D

I now live somewhere in California btw ;)

Glad to hear you could get it to work! BTW, if anyone deserves rep it should surely be TGS and Pete J! :)
    Not 90210, surely. ;)
