I don't get it. Is it water cooled? or air cooled with lots of pipes around it just for the chits and giggles?

And no Andy, it's not watercooled, it's just for the pr0n like allmost all watercooling-setups anyways.

Air cooled, the copper piping is for decoration. You should look at the full log, Aio included a link in the first post.
