There is the potential argument that publishers that don't agree to this don't deserve to have their games bought in the first place (i.e. greed being the motivator for charging more in some places)

I think the humble store does this to an extent. I've noticed their prices fluctuate by about 50p randomly which I just assumed was to do with the £/$.

    +1 :)

If only all digital content distribution was run like GOG. I buy from them whenever possible.
In a way I feel it's our responsibility to make their business model a success for the good of everyone  :)

Can't remember the last game I bought that wasn't through GOG or Humble!

As GoG are run/owned by CD Projekt Red, a company based in an area that usually gets shafted by regional pricing [Eastern Europe]... This is not a surprise [imo]...

Now if only i didn't get horribly mauled by my bank for paying for stuff in $, I'd buy more off GoG...

A select few reputable credit cards do not charge a fee for currency conversion and also feature good rates. Well worth looking into these to reduce outgoings when buying in a foreign currency!

The chances of me getting any of said cards are pretty much nil, I have considered it [and applied for a couple of them] in the past...

As it is having to pay nearly £10 for a £5 game is a major deterrent... That and not having the £10 [or £5] in the first place...
