So im moving into my new house soon i hope, and i want some nice speakers to put in the living room!

they will be all rounders really, films and music.

Looks to spend about £100 on a set but could be tempted to spend a little more if its really worth it.
I really like the look of the micolabs SOLO9C but i hear there older versions are better, so not so sure now.

If you have an amp already then it's a choice between Wharfedale Diamond 9's or Q-Acoustics 1010i.

Check out Richer sounds/Sevenoaks/Peter Tyson online and see what is availlable for your budget

QAcoustic 2010i. Around £100 and look and sound amazing. I have the originals (2010s).

I've got some 2010i hooked up to a Denon DM40. Pretty happy with them to be honest.

Well, all speakers need something to drive them?

You could try and hunt down some Audica MPS-1's on eBay. About £100,-- for two multimedia speakers with amp, and they sound really quite good.

Some have inbuild amps like the microlabs. You can just plug in the HDMI or 3.5 jack and your good.

@Parge, thanks for the offer but im nowhere close to london! :(
