The "holy crap, somebody actually wants to use ARM in the datacentre!" is somewhat tempered by it being an application that I'm not sure anyone actually wants.

I don't get it, what device are you supposed to stream those games to?

    A Phone?
Any cheap smartphone from the last couple years rotting away in a junk drawer can play those silly games just fine.

    A PC / Laptop?
The Windows store is absolutely littered with mobile game shovelware.

    A TV?
There are about a million and one ways to get an android app onto a TV screen.

Phones, primarily. Unlike most game streaming platforms, they're not going for "I want to play a game that my device is not powerful enough to play" (though they do make much of the fact that you can play their games even if your cheapy-cheap phone is completely out of storage space) but for "I want to be able to switch between a large catalogue of games at will without having to uninstall one and install another and without having to pay per-game."

Netflix for mobile games, basically. Like the article says, niche.
