I've been looking at 3D printers recently, and pretty much decided i'm going to buy one but which is the question. I really like the look of the Creality Ender 3 3D however it lacks a self levelling bed, then theirs also the Prusa I3 Pro and Anet 8 and the Monoprice Select Mini 3D Printer Anyone up to-date on 3d printers that could recommend one? Do all 3d printers do small parts or do i have to get a specific one?
I have the Anet A8, but there are plenty of i3 clones out there. A cheap kit-based printer is worthwhile - you learn more about them if you have to build it. What do you mean by small parts? How small? I've printed parts a few mil wide right up to the limit of the print area, which is roughly 8"x8"x9"
I have an I3 printer. So far have upgraded pretty much everything. Just going through a full board upgraded to a duet board. Loving it.
These parts to be exact I'll probably catch the bug i've looked up 9 upgrades for the creative and haven't even bought it yet lol
https://technologyoutlet.co.uk/ I brought from these guys (via amazon) I had really good responses when I had a couple of minor issues. Very impressed with them.
I too am considering my first 3d printer. I have it down to a Prusa i3 MK2 or Makergear M2 and I and starting to favour the Prusa. That said this one definitely caught my eye just for the shiny factor.
