The aluminium panels, thanks to block en stock for ther good quality and fast service ! Cutting the base and the rear panel: Crilling the hole for the IO shield. Fixation of the motherboard to view if i'm not failled :d The data sata cable is under the motherboard: I'm not use CNC or other for cutting my panels, here is my work zone ! Enjoy !

Is there a reason why you went with a matx instead of an itx platform? Just asking because I was thinking of use the E-350 itx board from asus. Never thought of using the matx.
This platform to come from my mATX NAS Server... i'm recycling this for my htpc. I'm waiting for a mini itx witch low tdp ivy bridge processor...
Gotcha!! Just wonder if it was better for some reason. Love the build so far. Do you have plans to paint it or just leave it raw aluminium?
Hi Fredo428 Great mod so far! can you tell me what power adaptor you are using with that picoPSU? Cheers tp148
For the moment, i'm use a 60W noname block but i'im buy a 120W FSP power adaptor in next time ! I'm rebuild the rear panel : Fixation of the panel : TADDAA !!! Whitch the motherboard : I'm added 2 6*6mm bar for more structure solidity : Enjoy !
Thanks ! Creating the top witch the mesh panel : Ajusting and screwing The screws are not the final screw. Enjoy !
I'm tested on other MOD, the mesh is a litlle filter but i'ts cleaned every montch. Sorry for the english...
Hi ! Buy montana black paint : 6 and 8mm CHC screws and 10mm TFHC screws The final configuration, my 3 years old downloading server : Adjusting and driling the front panel... Threading : Fixation with 4 screws (The final screws is Black CHC screws) The power switch and HDD LED hole : Rear view : Enjoy !
Very neat and clean design. Would you mind me asking what size allen head screws you used? e.g. m2 x 6. Thanks.
