I've been lucky enough to have been given a Hauppauge HD PVR for a little while (and I may have a temp job for a week or so that would mean I can buy my own - yay!) and I've been wondering if anyone else here uses one to record their gameplay? I've used the 360 tag, but this would apply to PS3 owners too. I'm fiddling about with the settings at the moment, but I've yet to get it looking really good. Any tips on what settings to use? I'm using the PS3 option and saving as .m2ts, I was at 8bits but went up to 10. I'm recording the files to my netbook for convenience and then moving them to my PC to convert them to .wmv. I'll probably use trackAxPC as Sony Vegas is... Sony... and I'm not having that near my house! But yeah, who else does this? I want some advice on what to fiddle with!
