Windows A right hook like an asthmatic fly. Borderlands

First of all I would like to that everyone who recommended this game to me in the thread
Looking for a fun CoOp game

The story so far...
My friend and I just Blitzed through the 1st playthrough of Borderlands and were quite enjoying it, the trouble began when the last boss flew past so quickly that we had to stop and check the Borderlands wiki website before we would believe the credits and that the game had ended, feeling a bit cheated we started the 2nd playthrough, again we are finding it too easy.

So...
We altered the difficulty.

Folder
Borderlands/willowgame/config

WillowGame.ini

Change line 6 from

"GameDifficulty=+1.0"

to
"GameDifficulty=+4.0"

We are still going through this game too fast.
Is this the max difficulty we can get?

I’m not really interested in going through this game with one hand tied behind my back to try and give it a sporting chance, what I would like is for the game to turn into a screaming, slathering, vicious, crazed beast so that the creatures as mundane as a bunny rabbits would be able to rip our characters arms and legs off so fast that all we see is a streaking furious blur of teeth and red eyes.

Don't get me wrong, we like the game; it’s just that we are quite competitive and like challenges.
(We should probably never play chicken)

Does anyone else feel that the game is a bit easy?

 

found it so repetitive, given up on it, have no idea how far we are through but we just can't be arsed anymore.

 

if you want a really difficult coop game, get Serious Sam HD

I was halfway through 2nd playthrough and lost my char

40+hours wasted.

I'll probably find a game save somewhere and use that, just i lost my beautiful machine guns
