gunna be building myself a new system soon, but with the launch of all these 64bit chips im pretty stumped. Im after a system for games, movie watching, acounts. was looking at a 2500+ and nf7-s board but now all these new chips i think i may be chnaging my mind. Got about £1300 to spend, not really looking to go into watercooling side and will be getting a tasy 17" tft. So if anone can point me out on what i can get, do plz tell.

With £1300 to spend, you'll be sticking to something like a 2500+

Athlon 64 you're looking about £400 for the CPU, and about £300 for the board. Then you need Registered memory....

I doubt that's gonna happen very soon really, not until the P4EE chips come out anyway...

I'd get a decent overclocker and then some decent cooling :)
