Cooling Help! Ma GFX fan is makin wierd noises!

Hey guys - I've got some strange sounds emnating from within my pc ( first thoughts were that it was my neighbours watching zombie flicks - it sounded like teh undead moaning and grumbling around)- upon further inspection tis the fan on my x600 AIW thats doin it - I've had it out and tried clearing as much dust and such like from the fins of the heatsink as i can but i fear the beast is on its last legs - can anyone recommend a suitable replacement? - I've had a look and from what i can see no-one does fan/heatsink combos for an x600 i'm just curious if the fittings (2 pins in a diagonal fashion not sure of dimensions) are the same as for other X--- series cards.

i think the fan's bearing is out.
just add a minute quantity of silicon bearing grease (low viscosity grade), and see if the trouble persists.
