News Windows 10 upgrade is still free

The only reason I had a hiccup on this final PC again was because of missing the second Control Panel/Admin Tools/Services Entry to stop 7's Windows Update in the rush. After that was sorted I had Win10 in under an hour, am guessing after being stuck it just moved on to the install.

Very happy that this other version is different to the pre 29th July one as it was fussing a bit when seeing the same key activated more than once from a multipack. That's that now until the next build as any laptop would be pre-installed and none of this hassle would happen.
