I'm looking for a reasonably large monitor or TV that's suitable for
    • Browsing and regular use in 4K
    • Watching Netflix in 4K
    • Gaming in 3D at 1080p 60 Hz (so can handle a 120Hz input)

Ideally priced sub £1k. Are there any such offerings on the market?

Drop the 3D and absolutely, otherwise I'm afraid not.

How about passive 3D, if it's possible to run that off a PC?

Will you actually use 3D. most people that have it only use it a couple of times if ever.
