For some reason, Illustrator CS5, when working with outlines, it will sometimes deform the shape. Also, where Illustrator thinks the image is (blue selection outline) and the actual position on the canvas seem to be out of alignment sometimes as well. This is most evident when working with small shapes. I have attached a sample of the issue. Any ideas?
