Modding Is it possiable to make a docking station for the iPOD in my car ?

    I just got my mini iPod 6gb, and I want to create a docking station like the made once in pimp my ride, I want to slide my iPod into it, and then it'll be charged and it'll be possiable to hear it by the car's stereo.

    I have an amp in my car and a kewl panel, if you need to know what, ill write, but I think it's possiable, just dunno how :)

    What's the model of your head unit? Alpine makes an adapter that works on some of their stereos, it works perfectly. I've got one myself.

    If you can find a line-in in some form or another on your stereo, it should be quite easy. Really just mounting a dock somewhere and running the wiring neatly.

    Hmm i've got a Line in, it's called aux..
    I can connect my discman into it..
