Windows Is Metro 2033 a good game

    As the title say is Metro 2033 a good game.
    Anyone played it yet??
    Steam's got on sale for £14.99 atm

    Iv played it :) twas an alright game though I wasnt a huge fan of the fighting method it seemed a little clunky.

    It's OK, gets top marks for atmosphere but as mentioned the combat is sub par.

    the combat seemed fine with humans but i personally found the monsters took too many bullets to kill. also, the shotguns are pretty crap.

    its a nice game, runs like **** on my pc though. not worth the full price imo, £15 seems like a right price.

    I'm still undecided as yet.

    Odd though the optimum requirment's seems to be the system I've got apart from the 8g of ram thats a lot of ram for a game ?

    I'm pretty sure the 8GB ram requirement is rubbish as 32-bit applications can only use 2gb of ram at once.

    Echo on the clunky combat. I played it for a few hours really enjoying the atmosphere, but the mechanics are really garbage and prevented me from playing it any further.
