o.k it's my sisters upgrade time and i asked her to list some phones just want to know what does the people of the bit-tech forums think of the phones and her old phone is my SE w810i nokia n96 - o.k i know it's not out yet but it's on her list nokia n95 8gig nokia 6210 navigator - she does not drive but i think i know where this phone will go sony w980 my old iphone that i unlocked and pick a phone my self
N95 is a decent phone, especially with its built in GPS, looks slick as well, THOUGH, we have had a lot of returns on em where i work, dodgy software, so makesure its got latest ver on
"my old iphone that i unlocked and pick a phone my self" That's nasty, giving her rubbish like that... (can you tell I'm not an apple fan) Tbh you'd be better with a Nokia, they're simpler and better made than anything else, and always have been (can you tell I'm a Nokia fan?)
iPhones are fun. And being a girl, she'll appreciate the fun, more than the 'frame rates and resolution... ooh teh pixels '. Though having said that, the N95 is an awesome phone - so much that I swapped my own iPhone for one... If she's function over fashion, its the Nokia. If she likes shiny objects and glitter, give her the iPhone...
Give her the iPhone, and you get the n95 - you can do all sorts of geeky things with the bluetooth. One of my friends can sit in the pub with his two mates, and make one's phone call the other... Much japery ensues!
