    are you completely sure about that? We can't see a product key on the order page, and when we try to access the invoice it starts spitting out error 500 messages.
    Hmmm an email to customer services might be in order!

    Not entirely - I read about some other people having problems with the email and that's how they seemed to get the key before the email arrived.

    Oh well, we sent an email off to customer services. They were extremely slow replying but now have the key. Couldn't find it when I logged in though.
