I have a Lian Li PC-65 and I want to make sure all my UV cold cathodes are hidden from view but still provide enough light for my UV reactive cables. Anyone have any suggestions for placement? Pics?
Get a bunch of UV Led's Wire em up in clusters or 10 or so or something like that Hide them in corners of ur case Im doing that, when im done , ill post em !
I have 4" CCL's set it up inside 2 H20 cooling reservoirs (about $20 each) and UV (blue) reactive cables. Work's great and looks even better. I "scuffed-up" the reservoirs to defuse the light. http://server5.uploadit.org/files/jeffrey9-bluemonday.jpg http://server5.uploadit.org/files/jeffrey9-mm02.jpg http://server5.uploadit.org/files/jeffrey9-running7.jpg http://server5.uploadit.org/files/jeffrey9-mean_machine.jpg
If you have a normal Lian-Li window then you could try hiding a cathode on the bottom of your case so that it is hidden when looking straight at the side. Other idea is the back of the case, where it would also be hidden by the rim of the window when looking straight at it.
I got 4 of the little 4 inch ones one in back left corner hidden by window same up top of the case same side ,front 2 one below hdd just infront of the blue uv fan and last one top of the case between the power suppy and the front has lit my lanboy case and uv paint up a treat
