so I went out last Saturday with some friends to play billiards and hat a few beers, after that i had my hands massaged by a nice guy officemate...then the next day i wnet out and swim.. to make to story short, my hands hurt so bad that i don't think I can make a tight grip, it hurts so bad... what should i do, of course i need to wet my hands and wash as often as i could... the wheel of fortune, after the fun now it's torturing me ...

The wrists and hands are a complicated array of soft tissue, fine muscles, bones, cartilage joints and tendons --easy to get hurt. The resulting swelling of soft tissue or tendons (tendonitis) can put you in a world of pain. I'd suggest a week's rest and anti-inflammatories. If symptoms persist beyond that, or get worse in the mean time, visit your doctor. Don't let this guy massage your hands again.
