I upgraded my Catalyst drivers to 10.9 through the Steam context menu the other day and a bizzare issue has popped up I run 2 24" screens with UltraMon, when I move my mouse off screen to the right of the right-hand screen, the cursor won't come back. Ctrl-Alt-Del brings it back to life and I can move it back onto either screen, but the only option I have is to log off and log on again. I've rolled back the drivers with no joy. Any ideas chaps?
maybe a driver issue.. you use driver sweeper? if that doesn't fix it go back a driver version and see if that fixes the issue http://www.guru3d.com/category/driversweeper/
I assume UltraMon hooks into some pretty low level graphics driver functions to work. Have you tried reinstalling UltraMon? Alternatively, have you confirmed that the ATI and Windows screen properties are aligned? Maybe they are 'confusing' each other? Cheers, SouperAndy
Sorry for the late reply. I'm a bit stuck then TBH. I've never used UltraMon, so can't be specific. Can you try disconnecting the second monitor and rebooting into Windows? This may 'reset' the display configuration. Confirm that the mouse cursor operates correctly with a single screen. If it does, shutdown and reconnect the second monitor and test. Cheers, SouperAndy
