Motors MP3's in my car

    I have a jeep wrangler wich I take 4 wheeling during the summer, and my question to you guys is this. HOw can I make sure that the Pc that I whant to set up in my jeep does not get destroyed while I climp hills and bounce all over the place. My first problem is the hard drive I do not see the thing lasthing more than hour. Any ideas?

    Get a Flash card reader instead, and use that as a hard drive. Get two or more, then some 1GB flash cards.

    Money is no object.

    I own a MStation incar mp3 player, which is PC based, with a 3.5" HDD inside.

    Its mounted very firm, in a car with rock hard suspension. Had a accident, gone over casms in the road, bits of the car have fallen off but the HDD in the thing is fine.

    So long as its secured properly, you should be OK.

    BTW, iam upgrading the mp3 system in my car now..... getting iPod and 4 channel amp to run the speakers :cool:
