    Very good.. except i offer customer support, and I can tell you that I am not that bad... lol
    I once told someone were to get ad-aware, and they thought I was trying to get them to goto a porn site.. lol

    SO TRUE! I had to deal with one of those ****ers the other day. I'd rather shoot myself in the foot TBH. They were no help and kept making me repeat myself (I hate repeating myself, especially repeatedly).
    The REALLY sad thing is, I was calling about my DSL connection. The connection was down... The DSL connection... which, as we all know, must be within a 5-10mi area... SO THEY SEND THE CALL TO INDIA!!!

    Needless to say, if I ever have a chance to be with an ISP that doesn't outsource, I'll be all over it. :wallbash:

    it's sad but true, i've seen many instances where people have had someone go through a long convoluted process just to get them off the phone, and call back if it didnt work. hell, i've done it myself.

    Genious, absolute genious.

    Its kinda the problem am having with three's tech support atm, but ah well, lots of compensation monies and loss of earnings to follow, so cant complain too much ;) :)
