Ok, I have that random crashing thing going on, from what i've read its due to some dodgy capacitor on the gainward card... Didn't get a response from their support form on web site and don't really wanna b without a graphics card for a while when/if it got fixed anyway.. So whats a good replacement? Whats currently about equivalent etc.. Guess may be try an ATI based card this time... (oh without going ott) Thanks...
i bought a 9600pro the other day from circuitcity for 140$. AWESOME little card. runs halo beautifully. it's a great card for the price. i wanted to get a 9800xt but i find spending that much money on a card is just plain stupid. i can use that money for much better things.
