Other BF3 Clan

So with BF3 coming soon , has there been any talk of getting a CPC clan together?

I've been using the CPC tag for a while now, but does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions?

 

If CPC uses those tags, hopefully we can tit-for-tat between the ZiiP and CPC servers upon release

i'd be happy to just mess about. there's more fun messing about than to play competitively.

if you really want to start a CPC clan, i'll tell people using this tag to stop using it, since we are only using it to make finding each other on the server easier.

I agree that it makes finding other bit players easier, no need for other people to stop using it.

The odd competitive match would be good with a bit more organization.

 

^^This, well, from the ZiiP perspective as well. We're a community, just like the CPC players. We know the tag and the tag gets respect. We play for giggles, never serious.

 

CPC tag is used for CPC server regulars and supporters, it is not a clan tag as such.

There are enough people from ZiiP who frequent the forums here, that it would be nice to play a few games

 

Join a clan, seriously it's the best thing I've done in awhile


The clan I joined hasn't done anything competitive for BFBC2 but they do plan on doing some for BF3. If you just want to have fun, doesn't mean you still can't join. Try to setup your clan like that. Also make Teamspeak/Vent..... a requirement, playing and talking with someone else really changes the game, it's what's kept me playing BFBC2 for so damn long (650 hours currently). If I hadn't joined a clan and had someone to talk to while playing I would have stopped playing and moved on a long ass time ago.

 

I would, as long as the lag on the UK servers isn't as bad as it is on BC2.

For some reason that lag reporter lags itself, doubling the lag.

I miss you guys too. But for some reason the mic is the reason causing the crash in BFBC2. I'll be back on track once i get m Sandybridge rig running up, just sold my old stuff.

 

to be honest i reckon this will be happening when its release anyways, people put cpc on, go on the server and have a laugh. if we called it a clan wouldn't make it anymore fun!

its looking like punks will be getting a server too so between aria, Ziip, CPC and Punks there'll be plenty of places to play.

 

I just hope the lag gets reduced. I can connect to Euro servers with minimal lag (about 100ms) on MW1, but it's 200+ ms at the very least on BC2. If the lag is fine, then I shall be on mumble!!

 

If there's gunna be a bt/aria/cpc clan, then it'll need a new tag. CPC tag is to recognise the regular, and I don't think we should take that nice community touch away.

Never been in a clan before but sign me up for this! Whether PC, Xbox or PS3, I'll probably own all 3....

 

I'll be on the ps3 version. Really wish I could nab a new gpu but monies is tight. I don't mind switching to a controller.

 

I plan to get this game when I have enough monies. Nice to know I can wear some tags and join a server full of mature, skilled non-spoiled-brats!

 

iam planing on getting a server up for this on release and iam trying to get a wee team together for it mostly for fun with the odd match if anyone is intrested come by my site also got a large teamspeak server going up next month with plenty of channels if ppl want to play some other games
