    Hello I'm about to get a headset and if I already have my own good quality mic (Blue Snowball).
    Should I still get the Razer Carcharias (if I'm on the upto £100 budget?) if I don't need a mic?

    I am currently using the Razer Carcharias and i think it is an amazing headset :)
    its very comfortable and good sounding... the only problem Ive found is that cable is sometimes annoying long :p

    no. get some real headphones. you'll get at least double the quality for the same money not buying 'gamer' headset. i don't know if they sell them in your market, but you might have a look for metrophones studio kans.

    I agree with lysol, I recently bought some Sennheiser HD 380 pros which come in at under £100, oh my are they good!

    Roccat Kave's are very good. Sound quality is amazing and the microphone is very good and clear as well. True 5.1 is good too - not that simulated rubbish.
