Couldn't agree more. I used the XBOX games pass to try this out with my son. I was left thinking one question.......WTF am I supposed to do. I wont play again, and neither will my son

Personally I found it really easy to learn how it all worked but could see from the other player interactions some of them were confused. It could really do with a tutorial, because the game relies so heavily on competent team work I can see many players getting frustrated and stopping. That will be terrible for long term player numbers.

Awesome art style, incredible water, fun with the right crew for those random adventures and a level playing field, with no XP bar or level based advantage in sight.
Sadly however, after 5 or so hours you have done everything there is to do.

Im glad I tried this as part of the xbl game pass and not paid 50 odd quid for it.
