If I remember correctly, the whole DRM idea (and those pushing it) were against the idea of fair use, and format swapping. In fact I've read numerous articles about the MPAA/RIAA trying to make it illegal to rip your own media, and now M$ is promoting it? This might start a fight that I want to see...
